Lose Dat Spring 2012

Program dates: March 5th – May 11th

  • Small groups meet with a personal trainer two times every week!
  • Weekly workout schedule, changes after 3 weeks (it’s all about muscle confusion!)
  • Lectures/seminars/workshops
  • Classes such as Body Combat, Cardio Tennis, Pilates, Sports Performance, Yoga, Strike Fitness, Running Clinics, Glide Clinic & TRX all included!
  • Nutritional support through Pure Life Wellness
  • Weekly Weigh-Ins
  • Correspond with your team on interactive Lose Dat website and Facebook pages
  • Field Day competition between teams
  • Winners based on percentage of weight lost. $500 Prize!!
